In our mission to celebrate poets and poetry, a new show on Rajinder Krishan was staged in Delhi on 23rd September 2016 at Kamani Auditorium. The show was again scripted in conversational style, in which his son, Rajesh Duggal, also participated. In this musical drama, 16 of his most poetic film songs were rendered by 7 consummate singers. The event received an overwhelming appreciation.

I have one regret about the show. It was only for two and a half hours…it should have been longer!! Rajesh Duggal, Son of Rajinder Krishan
It was a mesmerizing journey into a world of beauty, love, fun and music! Ibaadat has shown that it can surpass its own standards of perfection!! Anurag Goel, Retd. Member, Competition Commission of India
What an awesome show... The best show till date... And ironically of the least recognised poet amongst all that you've covered! A true and most deserving ibaadat to him...Soulful, melodious, endearing and beautiful performance by all... Had tears and/or goose bumps throughout! Pranav Haldea, Managing Director, PRIME Database
Saw Ibaadat show for the first time. Loved every moment. All of you are outstanding. Lead singers excellent. You have developed a gem. Syeda Hameed, Former Member, Planning Commission
An excellent effort on your part in bringing alive the forgotten heroes – the lyricists who have penned memorable lyrics for Bollywood in the form of interactive musical evenings. The format is indeed very good, more so bringing the family members on stage to share lovely moments from the lives of the lyricists. Rakesh Bharti Mittal, Vice Chairman, Bharti Enterprises
It was indeed a mesmerizing experience. The script, the presentation, the sequence of songs, the singers and the anchoring, everything was perfect and wonderful. We could feel the spirit and the soul behind the creations of the lyricist in the marvellous performance. P. D. Sudhakar, Retd. Chairman, Delhi Electricity Regulatory Authority
