Main to Jaaduu Huun…Anand Bakshi, Delhi 12/13 December, 2025

After a great launch in Mumbai over 2 days in February, 2025, this show was taken to Ludhiana in March, 2025 then to Kolkata in June, 2025 and to Jaipur on 26^th September, 2025. The show in Delhi was staged at the prestigious Manekshaw Centre on 12^th December, 2025, with a repeat on 13^th December, 2025. The show, scripted in our unique conversational style, presented several facets of the poet’s life and works, with focus on his philosophy and popularity. In this musical drama, 15 of his most poetic film songs were rendered in full by 6 consummate singers while another 76 mukhdas/antaras were sung in tarannum. In addition, his 6 poems were also recited. The highlight of the show was the personal anecdotes narrated by Rakesh Anand Bakshi, the son of Anand Bakshi. The event received an overwhelming appreciation.
